AJS MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is a leader in the management of self-storage facilities, hotels, apartment communities, and affiliated businesses. Founded and led by Alex Sugden, owner and operator of several multifamily and self-storage operations, we bring firsthand experience in transforming properties into financially profitable ventures.

About Alex Sugden

Alex Sugden has been a Las Vegas resident for over 60 years. With a hotel administration degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, he has worked extensively in the hotel industry since 1966, specializing in front-office operations, Sales and Marketing, Hotel Operations. He has also consulted on many self-storage and hospitality projects and assisted several companies in avoiding bankruptcy. His experience reviewing and putting together various management components allows him to make properties profitable.
